        I go to the Thursday 12 o'clock Communion service which takes about 30minutes It is very quiet with standard Church of England elements The sermon is a very active discussion based on a Bible passage The congregation is mainly elderly about even balance between male and female and we normally have lunch together after It is a peaceful interlude if you have worries or feel overloaded No one nags at you to do things?!!
