Visited for my birthday. Arrived at 8:35, to be told that there were no tables, and that everyone who was in and seated (except for 1 more table) were last people of the day. I'd checked the website and Google, nothing showing that they were closing earlier today. So, last orders would be 10pm, and the restaurant closing at 10:30pm. No offer to sit at the bar in case someone was going in time, and staff seemed relieved when we left "well, that's it then" to a colleague... Looks like an early finish for them tonight. Well done. Won't be back. And TGIs definitely won't be on the list on our future dates either.

Terrible service, incorrect orders taken and had to get my own drinks from the bar. Only getting 2 stars as petite blonde waitress came to the rescue.

Absolutely terrible. Friday lunch time ish. When somebody did actually greet us in an almost empty restaurant, we were told to wait while a table was cleaned! Eventually we were shown to a table and waited, and waited for more than 20 minutes. No drinks order taken or any acknowledgement. We left, only to bump into a sever who said ' looks like I've lost a table then' We will never return to any of your outlets. Got great service and food where we chose next and would never hesitate to return.

The food was good but very expensive for what it was. Service was slow and food arrived before our drinks.
