        Driver of silver galaxy South glos plate 303. Drove very erratically overtaking queuing traffic on wrong side of rd past fruit market just to try and earn his 5 review as he also drives for uber.

        Unacceptable to leave people waiting abandoned in the middle of the countryside. Called repeatedly and was ignored. Upon drop off was "PROMISED 100%" my colleague will pick you up but didn't show and didn't bother to let us know. Totally unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. Plenty of other companies to use.

        Left stranded at the Fox and Hounds pub, a 2.5 hour walk to home and impossible to find another taxi late on a Saturday night. Ended up needing to wake a family member up to get home. We rang and and rang and only got through to a voicemail with no call back.
