    Can't wait to get my Dad out of there ! Management are uncaring, and dismissive of concerns, and how their opinions and actions,(or lack of), effect the residents and their own staff !! They are patronising, cold and full of themselves. Very well trained in making excuses and changing their minds/comments, to suit them. Not at all willing to accept any blame. Passing the buck 100%. I feel sorry for the carers.

    What an awful place. It smells like mold, urine and cheap antiseptic cleaner, there is rarely anyone at reception to let tou in or answer the phone. We were promised all sorts of things to admit my dementia ridden uncle and absolutely nothing came to fruition. Trying to nail down staff to have a quick word or try and find any accountability for empty promises was near impossible. Couldn't get my poor uncle out 9f there quick enough. Maybe if some one is non verbal and non ambulatory, this may be sufficient, but my uncle is still quite physically capable and verbal, so they had no idea what to do wirh him, besides ignore him. Such an unfortunate experience for him. Dealing with Management was like speaking to a sleazy used car salesman. Disappointing all around.

    No one ever on reception in the evening, and NO RECEPTIONIST AT ALL on the weekend. I waited 25 mins outside the building before anyone answered the entrance buzzer. More staff is clearly needed. Establishment could do with a thorough deep clean.
