Please do not waste your time and money with these clowns. We paid them 600 to deal with the paperwork in registering 3 vehicles with DVLA, they had the applications for 2 of them rejected twice and the third vehicle they now refuse to deal with, They have demanded a further payment as and I quote " our contract with them has time expired ". They are rude, inefficient and unable to hold a sensible conversation. They have refused to return our paperwork, denying that they have any, despite receiving it via a recorded delivery with a tracking number. Save yourself a whole load of aggravation and money and AVOID this rabble.

Very rude person. Try to call to get some information and it was one of the worse experiences ever.

I ordered a CoC for my car to register it as ULEZ compliant. This was rejected by TFL multiple times and in the end TFL told me this certificate wasn't valid as it needed to come from the manufacturer of the car. When I complained about this I was insulted and had my details used to search me up online and threaten me. A breach of GDPR in itself. Avoid

their 95 service is extremely misleading, and a complete waste of money, as the data you receive is very limited and does not include any emissions data, which means it will not be possible to register with the dvla under emissions, as an example if your vehicle is 119 co2 (30 road tax and ulez compliant) this actually will not apply, as this service of 95 will only give data to put the vehicle into the PLG category, which attracts a much higher tax rate and no ulez compliance, then you would need to reapply to the dvla (with a proper CofC) to get it into the correct tax bracket! my advice is don't waste your time and money using this company, better to go directly to the manufacturer's website to obtain a proper full CofC, which will have all the relevant data.
