After having major hip surgery to rebuild my pelvis I was struggling with a build up of scar tissue and prolonged nerve damage impacting my physical & mental well being. Kate started a course of treatment 12 months ago to help to reduce the scar tissue build up and address the nerve damage. Kate tailered the treatment to my body fantastically, taking the time to understand the impact the injury had and planning a course of cupping and acupuncture that has enabled me to recover far beyond my expectations. The scar feels and looks like normal skin allowing me to build up the muscle underneath. The nerve paid is no longer a daily annoyance, my siatic nerve is healing so much faster than predicted post surgery. Kate is a fantastic acupuncturist that takes time to listen and adapt treatment as she works. Truly life changing treatment.

Kate is a great acupuncturist. After treatment my back ache and other symptoms disappeared for good. I feel balanced, calm and restored after treatment with Kate.

Kate has been treating me with my lower back pain and sleeping/ anxiety problems. She is highly trained and very knowledgeable therapist who always listens to you and make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. Would highly recommend her if you need someone with holistic approach to your ailments. I have to say that my sleeping improved a lot After each session I've left relaxed and ready for a nap Kate also done cupping on my back which felt amazing. I think it's my favourite.
