If i could put zero stars i would, mach have let my family down on their project. Avoid at all cost!

Great overall service! Good communication throughout, the test engineer was prompt and polite and the report/certificates were issued as soon as payment was made.

Unfortunately I wouldnt even give MACH group any stars! I have never dealt with such a poor, unprofessional, and thieving company before. A selfish company who only care about themselves and the larger multi million well-known companies that are working alongside them. It is so devastating for someone like me who is working to meet a budget/target and they were so quick to take every penny off me and leave me stressed and in financial difficulty as they never actually offered me the service I paid for. I am just a normal individual trying to make a project successful. I am not a big company with millions in the bank so I relying on MACH group was like putting everything I had on the line to ensure my project was an achievement/success. The MACH group sent a trainee out with poor knowledge to make inadequate informative reports that were false due to getting the calculations WRONG! This lead to my project not been able to comply with certain regulations and unable to move forward. The director of the company who calls himself Zee (not his real name) then made contact with me apologising for the MISTAKE made by their company. He also mentioned he had terminated the trainee who made the report from the company due to his error and that a second report will be made and it would be rectified. Still awaiting a rectified report, Zee doesnt seem to care, I have called the office numerous of times to be then thrown from pillar to post. I have requested my money back as this company has not offered the correct service or even considered rectifying their mistakes. This company dont want to get involved with normal individuals, only bigger global companies again like I have mentioned with millions in the bank. Maybe if they sent skilled and qualified people out with experience to do the job, we wouldnt be in this delicate situation where I am in severe financial loss and in major distress. Lastly, I will be seeking legal advice due to my losses. I have had to write this review to WARN other individuals like myself before giving your money to this company, Id think twice. Make sure you are to get a written contract for the stated works that will be done beforehand! BE WARNED DO NOT LET YOUR PROJECT BE DESTROYED BECAUSE OF THE MACH GROUP!

I used Mach Acoustics to undertake sound testing and design in a domestic property refurbishment. The design they supplied was detailed, and successfully achieved the required sound testing to meet building regs. All members of staff that visited site were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend and use again.
