        Possibly the worst experience Ive had with an accountant- Took payment for over 400 then failed to acknowledge any correspondence for a week (5 emails) and said it had been due to an office flood (however most staff work remotely, so slightly perplexed by this justification) - Their Director, Anna demonstrated no level of professionalism and was frankly rude. Whilst trying to obtain my refund she told me she was busy and hung up. DO NOT USE!
