        Very unprofessional. I made a residency test query on the 28th of March. I was charged for their services upfront on the second day (with the speed of light for them). And now it's been more than four months, and I still didn't receive any results. After a few rounds of emails (signing docs and clarifying details) they just vanished. They did not communicate to me with any ETA or that the process may take a long time. And now they just stopped answering my emails. Do not waste your time with this company.
