Besides being helpful and professional, Natalie is friendly and trustworthy. Additionally, she responded to all of my questions very quickly and in a helpful and informative manner (using simple words that I understood rather than accounting jargon). My tax return was submitted accurately and on time. By using BW Business accountants, I have been able to avoid the stress of having to do my own tax return and also get great value for my money. They also have a very user-friendly website, easy uploading of documents, and a very straightforward process in general. This is a company that I highly recommend. 10/10

I was lucky to meet Natalie through a networking event when we were both very new in business, and just starting out. Natalie took the time to really understand me, my business, and it was definitely our shared values, and her proactive, yet flexible approach that made it an easy decision to start working with her nearly a year ago. Being able to scale the services I need is also vital for me as a small business owner. Natalie took care of my set up on Xero, making sure I understood how to keep on top of things as I go, and the monthly bookkeeping means I always know my numbers, and can plan ahead of time. When I need advice on anything her advice is clear, well considered, and I have absolute trust it is in the best interests of my business. My end of year accounts were even filed ahead of the date we had planned which was fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to business owners, or individuals who need support.
