Ordered food for me and my partner (pizza and chips)
We had already eaten most of the pizza when I noticed a LONG BLACK HAIR on the next slice I was about to eat.
This immediately put me off, I rang the shop and advised of this, they said they would send a fresh pizza which I declined because having a hair in my food has put me off. I said I wanted a refund, the person I spoke to huffed because I wanted a refund and not another pizza.
The driver arrived to collect the pizza and give me my refund. He was accusing me of putting the hair in the food, my hair is brown and my partner is ginger lol. He said I wasnt being fair because I wanted all of my money back. What isnt fair is finding hair in my food, I wasnt even going to leave a bad review but the way the driver was arguing with me about a hair that is quite clearly not mine or my partners is a joke. In stead of accusing your customers, maybe invest in some hair nets to prevent this from happening moving forward, joke men.
