        High energy class full of fun and brilliant old school and new tracks. A great bunch of people make the experience even better. Mel(class leader), Hannah and Rosie are so helpful, supportive and motivational. Mentally,I feel so much better after each class,thanks ladies.

        I love going to glowbeatz the workout is easy to follow with a great uplifting atmosphere. Mel always has supportive words to say and always makes time to speak to everyone after the class. Shes an instructor with a big heart
