Do not do contracting work for these guys. Management does not pay and refuses to answer any headoffice calls or emails regardless of how they are contacted. Check for yourself, ring any number, other than the homes they wont answer any head office calls. How on earth you are running a care provider like this, im sure CQC would have their objections. Disgustingly under organised and the owners clearly do this often as I've heard from other people similar stories. They should be ashamed. Also care is not done adequately. Proper checks on contractors not done, no checks on valid insurance, DBS checks or even ensuring that residents aren't left alone with these unchecked contractors. No understanding of the actual requirements required to, for instance, safety proof a room for residents or ensure security is paramount. On one visit the front door of the property was left ajar for at least 3 hours for no reason other than the main keyholder was at a different building. Out of all the thousands clients we've serviced in the last decade, these are by far the worst. Hundreds of unanswered calls and got no where. Really not acceptable.

Wow if you in with head office you can do any thing you want if not they just sack you seen it first hand today unreal Looks like I need to get out before they bored and sack me and Ive seen this a lot in the last 6 mths be smart stay well away
