Visited today for the first time. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The stylist listened to what I asked for and did a great job. I will definitely return and recommend this salon. Many thanks

Hair colour turned out a disaster!! I have naturally dark brown/black hair. I applied Colour B4 at home to strip out precious box dyes......last dyed 4 months ago. Explained to Michelle i wanted light brown hair with Balayage strands throughout. Instead of bleaching (which i found out later from 3 other salons is what she shouldve done) she applied the colour right onto my hair starting from the roots, which resulted in hot roots in a ginger colour and the reat of my hair is still black!! I explained to Michelle (allegedly a qualified hairdresser) you cant lift colour with colour and when lightening hair you dont start from the roots!!! This has to be the worst salon ever. Avoid at all costs! Edited after reading owners response. My daughter who you are referreing to as "embarrassed" has learning difficulties and doesnt like confrontation. She left the shop WITH ME and I returned within a few moments and asked her to wait OUTSIDE. I came back in and asked you to fix my hair and i booked an appointment for Friday. Upon getting home and checking my diary, I realised I wasnt free and wouldnt be for the next few days, so I telephoned and asked for a refund. She absolutely wasnt embarrassed at my behaviour and how DARE YOU bring my daughter into this. I have been to 3 hair salons since for a consultation and all have been absolutely shocked by the state you put my hair in. What i wanted couldve been in one sitting. Your response to a customer says it all about your customer service, level of respect and experience. Good luck to you!!!
