It used to be an okay surgery up until recently. Ive tried booking appointments multiple times and the receptionist said that the doctor would phone back,after a week or so they never did so I phoned again,got an appointment and was told the doctor would phone later. And guess what? They never did! I dont whats going on but they need to get it sorted its been nearly a week since then and Im desperate for an appointment.
