The lady that RUNS it is a lovely lady called Sima. She is always friendly, professional and helpful...however, it's best to avoid her husband who is rude and cantankerous and frightens the customers. I have had experience of this in the past, but he has a big chip on his shoulder and is just rude to people! Should be renamed Fawlty Towers Post office.
