I am am a hard landscaper and have used Verde Grass now regularly for over 10 years and when its right its very good artifical grass, but when it has faults in the weave such as lines up the length or holes in the matting which i have had many times over the years, they just will not take responsibility for there product blaming everyone and anyone before admitting the fault was down to there manufacturing, I have had this over the years many times making customers wait over six months plus to get there faulty lawn replaced. I currently have two faulty lawns that customers have waited for over 8 weeks to have replaced and having given Verde fair options to resolving these problems they cotinue to drag there feet putting you off and making you wait and wait for as long as they possibly can. I personally cant work with such a company anymore and neither can my supplier buildbase as a result we will stop using Verde and start using a company that has an after sales policy for faults that they actully stand up and honour. If you use Verde i hope you dont get a faulty piece as its after sales care is he worst ive ever experienced in over 30 years of business.
