        I bought a house with several SIAMP toilets one of which developed a problem within days of moving in. The guys at SIAMP are so helpful and really know their stuff - they identified the model from my description and tried to fix the problem the cheapest way possible for me (rubber valve). In the end I chose to replace the mechanism and again they gave me good advice based on my poor description so I installed it correctly. Phone is answered quickly and you can tell they are people who care about their customers.

        If you want parts, save yourself the hassle and get them off ebay. Took two weeks to find out they couldn't send me a washer.
