Slimming World Brinnington and Reddish with Shlean

Slimming world has changed my life losing 4 1/2 stone since January 2022. I have attended shleans group bredbury hall 6.30 on a Monday night. Shlean is a fantastic consultant supportive, kind, committed and makes group each week amazing. Joining slimming world is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I attend the reddish group. I had being piling the weight on for years decided it was time to try something new. I wasn't very optimistic as i have ms but after 4 months im 2 and a half stone lighter. This lifestyle change works. The group is very supportive and every week shlean comes up with new and interesting ideas so there is no chance of becoming bored. I would highly recommend this group to anyone. It works

I have attended slimming world with shlean since she first became a rep and she has helped me every step of my journey fantastically. im still not where i want to be but shlean regulary contacts and motivates me, the body magic sessions are just that... magic. the tips and helpfullness of shlean and the group are wonderful and i wouldnt be where i am in my journey today without her. thank you

I attend the Bredbury group led by Shlean. It's a really friendly and fun group and it's a great opportunity to share ideas and support. Shlean has so much energy and leads by example. She is always encouraging and makes the meetings fun providing lots of suggestions for continuing weight loss.

I love shleans meeting on Thursday evening at the Arcade on Reddish Road .Shlean is a great leader she puts your nerves at ease when you first join welcoming to her group she is passionate about her job and she fills you with motivation .It's not just shlean the group itself is worm and welcoming everyone is so friendly they have a watts app group your welcome to join which members give meal ideas and more importantly support if and when you need it this is a fantastic group shlean is an excellent consultant quick to congratulate you on your weight lose journey and also supportive of you if you have a bad week and she let's everyone know that you can reach out to her anytime if you need to
