A highly recommended primary school. We have had a great experience with Earl Danby's from Reception through to Year 6. The teaching is of a high standard and offers each individual child the care, support and attention they need to thrive. We feel lucky and privileged to have such a fantastic school in the village that upholds excellent values and beliefs.

Have two children at the school and both are flourishing and have had wonderful support from the teaching staff. Perfect size classes and being an inclusive school gives the children valuable life experience. Even though it is a split site school, the head teacher is the same across both sites ensuring consistency and there are several whole school days throughout the year encouraging all the children to interact and support each other. Its lovely to see the year 6 children guide the reception children at their very first school sports day. I feel that moving to do a different site in year 4 really helps the children prepare for the transition to secondary school. The office staff, catering staff and parent helpers are so very friendly and supportive. The school PTA is a real asset to the school and organise fun events for all the children as well as helping fund additional classroom resources and trips. We are so very lucky that we have access to this wonderful village school and the teachers, governors, support staff, parents and all the children are a real asset to the school.
