Awful aggression from one of their drivers today in bath, swearing and name calling to me, I was terribly frightened by this man.

Closed my account without any communication.i had placed funds into a fuel card account with Watson.i have requested on numerous occasions for my fund's to be returned but no one does anything. Thieves.

Do not do business with these guys. I waited two weeks for a delivery and nothing happened I still dont know when it will be delivered. No communication. Not the only one experiencing such lack of consideration. Called Kinch fuels and they are delivering tomorrow.

-- Be very careful with these people -- We opened an account for one of our Companies on a trial basis having already had poor experience of another fuel card service company previously. These people are no better -- check and recheck all the t & c's very carefully as well as the prices charged on their invoices. Their admin is simply a nightmare from the beginning -- The card took a long time arriving -- there was no pin number as well . We were still chasing the cards after one month . The agreed term of DD was not adhered to (7 days instead of the agreed 14 days) . The email agreement and the T & C's differ . But, the most frustrating thing was - there is no relationship between weekly advised prices (by email) for diesel and the actual charges applied on the invoice. Unleaded prices charged bear no resemblance to forecourt prices. They are really inflated on the invoice. I would not even give them one star if the option was provided. Shocking experience - never again
