        Several times now Ive called and booked an appointment only to find out on the day that it either was never booked or cancelled without my consent or knowledge. And dont get me started on how often they say they put your prescription through only to not actually do so without telling you. Terrible GP

        All my experiences with this practice have been extremely positive. Everyone I have encountered (Reception Staff, Nurses and Doctors) have been supportive, kind, friendly, efficient and professional. I have never felt more cared for.

        Practice is closed for lunch, so you are directed to the website to book appointments. Awful experience that sends you around in circles. I am quite computer literate, but I gave up after 10 minutes!
