I approached Lindsey and Charlotte and asked them to work with me on a bespoke training plan for my team at Ballyhoo PR. Our team had doubled in size during the pandemic and we were all working remotely. I wanted to ensure that their emotional needs were being met during this time of upheaval and they were equipped with skills that would help them feel confident working on their own in a new role. I thought coming together (initially online) for something other than meetings would be great for team building too. Specific ran sessions for us on Emotional Resilience, Communication Skills, Managing Your Workload, Managing Conflict and Service Recovery and Confidence and Assertiveness. These sessions gave a real insight into personality types and how everyone thrives on different things and how they like to be spoken to. We are now moving into more business related training, looking at customer feedback and the customer journey as well as our mission and values. Its great that the Specific team has the knowledge, experience and skills to look at both the operational and emotional aspects of working in a business and can tailor the training to suit the needs of an organisation. Would thoroughly recommend.

Specific Learning & Coaching delivered webinars for the Business & IP Centre Northamptonshire on customer experience and emotional resilience, for start-ups and SMEs. The team really drilled down into the differences between customer experience and customer service, also covering the customer journey and customer touch points, as well as gave key tips and insights into developing emotional resilience and obtaining achievable aspirations. Specific Learning & Coaching cater for different learning styles with highly engaging sessions.
