I had the pleasure of working with Dan recently as my mortgage advisor, and I can't say enough good things about him. From start to finish, Dan was knowledgeable, responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire mortgage process. One of the things that stood out to me the most about Dan was his attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and he never hesitated to answer any questions I had along the way. He was patient and thorough, making sure that I felt completely comfortable with every decision we made, pointing us in the direction of reputable solicitors, competitively priced insurers and most importantly actively looking for better mortgage deals, even after an initial product was secured (~100 saved monthly for the next 5 years thanks to this!!) Dan was also very responsive and always available when I needed him. Whether I had a question or concern, he was quick to respond and always made me feel like a top priority. His level of dedication and commitment to his clients is truly remarkable. I can't recommend Dan enough. After dealing with 2 other mortgage advisors prior to this, both of which let us down in numerous ways, I was delighted to find an advisor who had our backs from start to finish.
