The best care company in Derbyshire i'd argue. and the carers themselves are absaloute angels. Kind, sweet and friendly they are really motivated by a love for what they do and a concern for the persons wellbeing, unlike other companies i've encountered. Contacting this company was the best decision me and my family ever made. I only wish we had contacted them sooner.

5 stars isnt enough, if it was 10 stars I would give the company 12, my carers kindness and generosity of spirit go far beyond there job description, I look upon my carers as genuine friends because they have given me genuine friendship in return, when I first had helping hands as my carers from a previous company, I had gone down hill because of there lack of care and attention but now I am healthier in mind and body than I have been for years. The management team cant do enough for me to make my life easier and keep in regular touch with me to make sure that I am alright and I feel that they have also become friends too!

I have been with this company for just over a year now and I absolutely love it! Ive never worked for such a good team and management are so caring you just know they have always got your back and are there for support when ever you need it. It doesnt feel like work when you enjoy your job

Since working with helping hands I have been showered in kindness. The company goes the extra mile and are a pleasure to work for. The customers are all amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The manager gets stuck in when needed and everyone works together as a team. The individual care they deliver is person centred and takes into account the needs and likes of the customers. Helping hands is truly a company that cares. I would definitely recommend the service they provide.
