From initial call, to final sign off Sanders went above and beyond all expectations. Having been passed their number from a local builder with a rave review, Mark replied almost instantly and attended for a site visit 72hrs later. My requirements were all but a full rewire. Mark was personable, honest and realistic. He gave a competitive quote and realistic lead time. Within 6 days the work was done. After Will and Joe began, many more half-expected issues arose. Their problem solving ability and experience showed and a plan put in place that may have added an additional 2 days on to the original 3. They were clear and concise in communication, artistic in finish and patient with queries. Less than a week later Will, Joe and Mark returned and were able to complete all works and resolve all issues in less time than quoted. It was a pleasure to have them in my home and clean up more mess than they even made! To credit their personality I feel like I have known them a lot longer than 3 days and have already recommended to friends and colleagues. I would never use another electrician again if I can help it. They are a credit to their trade and 3 of the nicest guys I have had the pleasure of meeting. Mark, Will and the team are fantastic. We are renovating an old, five-storey townhouse with electrical works that are extensive and far from standard. Without the "can do" attitude and flexibility of Sanders Electrical, we would have struggled to get our property to the modern standard it is now. From a new fuse board, full rewire, chasing, and tricky routing of cables to spotlights, speakers, sockets and appliances, there has been nothing they couldn't do to an exceptionally high standard. The team have worked diligently directly with us, but importantly, with every contractor, we've had on site. All materials supplied have been of good value and excellent quality. Advice and product recommendations have also been professional and cost-saving. Sanders Electrical are the best electrical contractor I have used.
