Penn Planning came highly recommended and we agree! Martin and Trudy made the whole process very easy. Martin listened to what we wanted and needed, adding his experience and suggestions to come up with our final plans. Ive since been in contact with a few questions since obtaining planning and have had speedy and helpful replies.

We have used Martins services twice over the last six years. One for our garage conversion into a shower and a utility space and another one recently for a loft conversion. We have been extremely happy with the advice, guidance and ideas Martin has brought to the design and the plans. He or Trudy are always contactable on phone and email to resolve queries swiftly. We are very happy recommend Martin.
