AVOID. Was sold a policy for videographers and photographers but when I needed to claim (due to theft) they are using lame excuses to avoid paying out. The policy isn't fit for purpose in my view so don't be fooled. Also ready the products & liability insurance comments about "products made in China" not being covered is a worry. I'm going elsewhere.

Superb customer service. Just had my first claim in many years of having my camera gear insured. They talked me through the process in a fast and efficient manner after which they managed everything from organising the repair company to getting it collected and the claim sorted with a very satisfactory outcome. 110% at every stage. Can't praise them highly enough. Highly recommended. I also use them for my public and our camera club public liability insurance.

Policy bee are happy to take your money and do nothing else. The sales team excellent . The staff that deal with existing customers are terrible. They have bad attitudes do nothing to help , they dont no how to do there jobs . We have been waiting for them to get back with a change to the policy date and they cant seem to do that simple job
