About Balance is so calm and welcoming, and my acupuncture session with Eloise Minton was fantastic - she was really thorough taking a history and working out how best to help, and the treatment itself was phenomenally effective. Thank you!

A lovely studio for a Sunday workshop, with plenty of props on hand, a nice welcome and an airy, light, clean place in which to feel comfortable. Tammy is a great teacher and I'll certainly be back for another restorative class sometime soon.
