Yvette Knapman

Yvette is one of the best yoga teachers I have been taught by (have been practising yoga for 20 years). Her classes are fun and relaxed, we laugh a lot. Her focus on breathing techniques and stretching ensures your body is warmed up properly for each pose and she gives a lot of individual attention to each person in the class. Her gentle correction of your posture also means you learn how to achieve and maintain poses correctly. You feel fitter and more relaxed after each class. If you haven't tried yoga before you should try Yvette's classes and if you are not new to yoga, Yvette's classes will inspire you!

Yvette is an extremely warm and nurturing teacher. Her classes tend to be quite small so that she can she can tailor her lesson to everyone's needs. I met many students of all levels, from fit yoga practitioners to total novices with complex health issues who all felt perfectly at ease in her lessons. When I come to Yvette's class feeling feeble and tired I know I will leave uplifted and feeling stronger physically and mentally. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Yvette is a fantastic yoga teacher. She always makes sure to give her students a lot of individual attention, and helps with whatever is necessary. Her classes are a good mixture of hard work and fun. I always leave feeling energised, but relaxed.

Yvette is a fantastic teacher and I am extremely grateful to her. She's taken away a persistent back pain that I suffered for 2 years (from childbirth), and I can now hardly miss a week's class, as it makes me feel strong and energised. She guides you gently but firmly through the exercises so you can learn to stretch effectively. This is probably the best thing I've done for myself in the past year, I thoroughly recommend it.

Yvette is a very friendly, helpful and understanding teacher. She take time to explain all the postures and helps me to understand what my body is doing and how to adjust it to its / my full potential. Yvette is very aware of any injuries or difficulties members of her class may have and does her best to accommodate all. I really look forward to my Yoga classes each week and feel it has worked wonders for my body.
