        This is no doubt my favourite studio in Brighton & Hove! Steven and the Ekah team are all really welcoming and make you feel seen and heard during practice. Its a relaxed and comfortable environment and I love the authenticity of all the classes!!

        My absolute fave place for yoga & barre, after trying out several other studios in Brighton & Hove. Been going for over a year now. The atmosphere is wonderful, rooms are spacious and beautiful, instructors are fabulous, but really the staff makes all the difference to me. People in reception remember your name from day one, it's just a very peaceful, professional, and friendly environment. Try it out & bring a friend! (or make one there, they also organise cool social events )

        My favourite yoga studio in Brighton. Discovered it a few weeks ago on my way past and after just a couple classes Id signed up for a months unlimited classes. The teachers are all fantastic and with consistent practice, Im really seeing improvement in my yoga. Lots of variety from Hot Flows and Hot Classic to Dynamic Vinyasa and restorative classes. Really great community that surrounds the studio, too Thanks so much for creating this brilliant space, Ekah team!
