        Hannah is a wonderful yoga teacher who I have been practicing with for 12 years now. She always brings new ideas to her classes to keep them interesting and varied and she caters for all levels (even my husband is now managing her classes and slowly reaching his toes!) I love this special hour of my week!

        I have been attending Hannah's vinyasa flow classes for many years both at her tranquil garden studio and also online during the recent lockdowns. When I started I had little knowledge of the poses but Hannah is an excellent teacher and always gives alternatives if you need to take it easier or if want to try the stronger option. I have really enjoyed my weekly hour of peace & calm and also getting stronger in my shoulders and arms.
