        Studio iO is a tranquil, calming environment to practice yoga. By far my favourite Yoga spot in Brighton. Amazing, nurturing teachers, who make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of trying yoga for the first time, or those who are advanced in their practice. There is something to try for everyone! I love their Yoga Nidra and Slow Flows. If you cant get to studio, try beach yoga at Rockwater and Yoga in the Sky - experiences you wont want to miss.
