        Studio iO is a tranquil, calming environment to practice yoga. By far my favourite Yoga spot in Brighton. Amazing, nurturing teachers, who make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of trying yoga for the first time, or those who are advanced in their practice. There is something to try for everyone! I love their Yoga Nidra and Slow Flows. If you cant get to studio, try beach yoga at Rockwater and Yoga in the Sky - experiences you wont want to miss.

        Lovely lunchtime yoga class with Holly, left feeling stretched, much calmer yet also invigorated! Loved the mint essential oil touch at the end of class - perfect to give the rest of the day a boost x
