        Hooked, firstly joined for 30 days 30....now signed for whole year membership...big rooms for practising and changing rooms..good location, loads of classes to choose from..thank you Siony,Colin,Mike,Carolyn,Ben,Ed,Anna......

        Friendly people, excellent tutors, amazing fresh hot air studio, with clean showers and sauna. The breathing and yoga really works, I feel grounded and alert after my session. Highly recommended.
