I took one of his evening yoga classes, the movements were tailored to a particular theme and he also led some lovely pranayama and meditation. I would highly recommend you check out one of his classes!

Really enjoying both Yoga and Pilates with JJ who shares his knowledge and expertise to bring the best of both movement disciplines. Classes are fun and functional and I like the different theme or focus for each session, different things to learn and explore.

Was completely new to Pilates (normally a gym and football kinda guy) but thought I'd give it a go. Felt like the class I attended was specific to people just like me and very much enjoyed it. Definitely helped to exercise muscles that I normally miss out and I have benefited in overall fitness 100%. Really friendly instructor who was also very patient with everyone and very nice venue too.

Had such an amazing experience at my first ever pilates class with the wonderful JJ. He was very helpful and encouraging throughout the entire class and has definitely made me want to go back again! It's such a great session that will not only help you in the gym or when you're on your run but also improve your general posture at your work or study desk, which is something we all need! I would recommend to all my friends, athletic or not!
