I had two woodburners fitted in my home and converted a fireplace in my bedroom that had been boarded up. I absolutely love all 3. I wanted 3 different approaches to the project and all bespoke to how I wanted the rooms. Laurence takes complete interest in what you want and gives great aesthetic advice based on the type of property. My bedroom fireplace has an internal socket hidden away so lit with copper lights inside and no trailing wires. All 3 are perfect for the space and I dont think you would get those kind of results with a one size fits all approach. Laurence wants to do the best job for you but is always busy so if you need a fully personal and bespoke job then you have to bear with him! My burners have been in for Christmas and this winter and they are the best thing ever. Thanks Laurence you did a fabulous job.

I cant say how impressed I was with Laurence and his assistant Dan. Ive been thinking of getting a Charnwood log burner for ages and putting it off. I finally got around to it and the finished result is beautiful and gives off a lot of heat. Just what I need going into the winter. Laurence was very helpful, and knew the pros and cons of the entire range of products. Im sure I made the right choice and cant recommend him highly enough.

Awesome! Laurence and Chris are absolute professionals and we were impressed right from the start. Very knowledgeable, informative and honest (and lovely chaps too). We had a particularly long flue that needed installing with a few tweaks and Laurence and Chris went above and beyond to make sure it was just right. So glad we went with a company that specialises in Woodburners, these guys know what they're doing. Could not recommend more highly. Thanks guys!

I initially thought they were great but since my freestanding log burner was installed nearly 2 years ago, the flue still has rain running down the outside and onto my floor. To be fair, they tried to fix. I said it was still leaking but I never heard from them again - think they gave up and hoped the problem would go away. I came downstairs this morning to be greeted by a puddle on the floor. So no, it's not gone away! Have no choice but to recommend you don't use them if you want a freestanding log burner installed.

We were really impressed with Laurence & his team - they were helpful, friendly, tidy & 'knew their stuff'. We held a 'beauty parade' with a number of local competitors & FIRESTORES were the only company who not only offered a solution, but were able to install on time & to budget. Lawrence has subsequently been really helpful with 'follow-up' advice & in the sourcing of good quality (& dry ) logs! We have subsequently referred Laurence & his team to a number of our friends. The installation of our wood-burner has been one of the best things we have done!
