Jon took on an enormous task when he repaired our 8 sash windows in the round hill area of Brighton. The house had severe damp issues and the extent of the damage to the windows was unknown. The house was also mid renovation and was without basic facilities (a factor that may have put some contractors off or at least reason to complain). We were kept up to date and were made to feel comfortable throughout the restoration process, needless to we are very happy with our finished windows, can't fault the craftemship, and we have recommend Jon to our neighbour to look at repairing their windows too. Contacted this company was told was going to be contacted later to arrange a time for a quote, did not hear back so rang back again on the supposed day of the visit to be told again I will be contacted back to arrange an alternative time....never heard back. Needless to say will not be using their services. If they are not interested in the job , rather than waste my time just be upfront from the get go.

Jon did a great job on replacing our sashes and re-glazing a broken window. He was timely, courteous and reasonably priced.
