Avoid at all costs ordered 2 weeks ago and heard nothing back. All correspondence has been ignored. Phoned the mobile number listed and the chap said it was the wrong number. Now having to claim the money back through card provider.

i placed an order with this company on the 20th September, never received the goods, chased and was told the goods were out of stock and were expected within the next two weeks, i have still not received my order. these pashminas were for a wedding so very disappointing, i have made contact to establish where my order is but received no reply. thankfully i paid for these goods using a credit card so will claim money back through them. not a good experience with this company i feel i have been more than patient. if i could leave no stars then i would.

Suspect this a fraudulent business. Needed to ordered 80 pashmina's for a wedding, and although I finally received 2 samples, it was exceptionally difficult to receive any communication with the guy Nick, and now I want to return them, he wont reply at all (been 4 weeks with no contact from him and only me contacting him). I have tried email and text because the number on the website doesn't receive calls. I imagine this is a fraudulent business and I would steer well clear! I have found a lovely and professional seller on EBay who I have now placed the order with confidence and not fear.

Initially this was a good experience. we paid for samples that arrived quickly. These were good quality and value for money. The stock arrived and it was not the same quality as the samples. We queried this but couldn't make changes because of time constraints. When we opened to bags we found 111 items out of 250 were damaged. Stains, pulls on the items, poor manufacturing quality tassels undone, the list really goes on. We contacted Nick who asked us to send the items back and told us he would refund the money. 3 weeks later we have heard nothing but returned the stock. Following an email he has has now said that he will only refund 30% of the monies owed and is also retaining stock we have returned and paid for. My advice don't touch this company with a barge pole, poor quality stock, abysmal customer service.
