I paid for a logo and the result is not satisfactory at all. They qualified themselves as designers, in order to help me with my new logo and website, but the logo graphic elaboration has been delivered unclomplete. When I made clear this point, regarding the standard package files, they questioned me and by inviting me to do it on my own. After all, I have to pay another designer to re-export the logo because the job hasn't been done properly.
