        The best place to eat during the day in Brighton. Delicious, healthy, fairly-priced food in a lovely environment served by kind people. I've been eating here for 20 years and I've never had a bad experience. I always bring visiting friends here and regardless of whether people are vegetarian or not they always love it. Totally recommended. And they do take aways too.

        Iydea is one of my all time favs! The only reason I am only giving 4 stars is because I wish they offered more vegan mains. I always go there dreaming of the arancini but they're so rarely vegan when I visit! Anyway, that's enough of the bad this is fast, delicious, high quality, wholesome food, served with a smile. Take out or eat in, the portions are generous, so I always feel like I got good value. There's always such a great selection of sides and toppings I am spoilt for choice, and (if there's space) it's a lovely place to dine in. (I wish they still had their second branch on Western Road!) Vegetarian options: All vegetarian, some vegan
