Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Hove

Such a terrible company ! They take bookings for cars that they don't even have in stock. They also never answer their phone which makes it an impossible to book or amend. Avoid!!!!!!

First time, we were told that we have a daily cap and your budget won't go above 59 but 90 were charged from my bank account. This time it's even worse. We booked a car for 24 hrs but returned in 10 hrs. When we tried to use the "Early return" button, app didn't let us select the time of return. Finally we ended the trip without using early return button, and the app said, "you will be penalise for late return". Then 114 were taken from our bank account for a car that we booked for 76 and returned 14 hrs earlier. We have emailed their customer care ID, but no response from last week. Never gonna use this again. Robbed us twice.

Insurance company organised for me to pick up a car from Enterprise. The car was ready very soon after the incident. The car was very clean. Although I didn't drive it too much, the experience was very good indeed. Nadia booked me out with all of the relevant information I needed. We done a once over on the car, and Christine booked the car back in from me. Very good team. Thank you!
