CMK PLANNING

We have used the services of CMK Planning over the last 2 years. Colm McKee assisted us in getting planning permission for an outbuilding and successfully appealed against an enforcement notice. CMK were great at working with the local authority in question, fantastic at putting our case forwards and thanks to their sterling work have ensured that the work we have undertaken meets regulation and their influence has allowed for us to gain some flexibility and common sense from the local authority planning department. I would recommend these to anyone and would happily use their services again if needed. Matt

From the outset Colm, Jo and the team at CMK Planning have been fabulous to work with. Colm listened to our wishes and concerns and came up with some great ideas for a site which had a chequered past. He then worked with us and a great local architect which he recommended, to draw up plans which met our requirements but also which he felt, with his vast experience, would be acceptable to the planners. He then completed all the necessary paperwork and submitted everything on our behalf, which was in itself a great relief as Council paperwork is never easy :) After a bit of to-ing and fro-ing we received permission for the site and can not thank Colm enough. If you need help with any local planning issues we would highly recommend Colm and his team - an absolute pleasure to deal with simplifying the whole process for us and getting the result we had feared would not be possible. I have really enjoyed working with Colm across a number of projects. As a developer, a property consultant is a key part of the team on any project. Colm is exceptionally diligent and detailed with the submissions he prepares, and instinctively understands the pinch points on a scheme and how to best present it for success. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to homeowners and developers alike.

I've worked with CMK Planning and they are by far the most competent planning consultants I've ever dealt with. CML knows exactly what they're doing, the company has outstanding knowledge with planning laws, and the prices are very reasonable given the value of their services and the ongoing support they provide.
