Affable, highly skilled and professional I needed to have my reading chair cushion backs rebuttoned after taking them off for cleaning and googled upholsterers close to me. Alex invited me to his wonderful workshop and did the work whilst I waited. He made me feel at ease and engaged me in conversation whilst he did the job. If I was a high-end customer, he would have not been able to show me any more respect and kindness than he did. I feel sure that everyone he does work for will be highly satisfied. I read Alexs bio afterwards which was super interesting and made me even more appreciative of his demeanour. If Id have known hed upholstered Prince Philips throne for the Diamond Jubilee barge I might have thought not the right person to help me, but he was, I and will be forever glad to have met such a wonderful human being. Alex did a fantastic job with repairing and reupholstering my chair seat pad. Ive never seen my chair look so good. Excellent workmanship. Will definitely return if I ever need anything else reupholstered. Thank you!

Absolutely delighted with my footstool. It was a small job, but Alex couldnt have gone to more trouble to recover it. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him and if ever my larger pieces of furniture need reupholstering I would definitely ask him to do them.

Alex did an amazing job refurbishing our previously threadbare and broken sofa. It's great to meet someone who is clearly passionate and skilled at what they do. I would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone.
