I recently completed my yoga 200hrs teacher training with Harmonise. I can't recommend them enough, the level of knowledge and information provided was excellent and the experience of the course overall was truly life changing and inspiring.

I completed my Pilates training with Harmoise in 2019 and since then have completed three CPD courses. The level of teaching is high, the environment is friendly, welcoming and the knowledge shared is second to none. I'd highly recommend Harmonise Training Academy!

I recently did a yoga retreat with Clare. I went feeling stressed and came back feeling happy, peaceful and with less aches and pains. Clare is a born leader and teacher. She is a brilliant yoga teacher and knows how to manage a large group whilst being informative, fun and adding lots of extra dimensions!! We enjoyed lots of different types of yoga practice over the weekend and also meditations, a fire pit, woodland walk and a cacao ceremony and moonlit dancing on Saturday evening! The food on retreat was also amazing and attention to detail was amass. Clare was born to do this, she is here to lead the way into a better earth. I love her and her practice/retreat and know you will too!

The Yoga teacher training course with Clare Francis was superb. It is the most holistic course I have been on. I have now qualified as a yoga teacher and I am delighted to be able to teach yoga. The other aspect that I found brilliant is the curiosity that is encouraged. The fully comprehensive teaching into every aspect of the physical and spiritual sides of yoga have left me wanting to learn more and continue to grow and study throughout my life. Excellent teaching. Warm friendly and accessible at all times. A lovely environment to work in. A teacher who is fully immersed in yoga and generous with her knowledge. I fully recommend this course. The other experts brought onto the course were also both warm, enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable. The group atmosphere was lovely too all working supportively together.
