I also found out they have trouble with their neighbours parking in their car park, after one of their trainers walked over to me screaming and shouting in my face, because he mistook me for one of their neighbours. I remained calm as I waited for my moment to explain that I'm here to learn on one of their courses. After enduring the shouty sweary rant at me, I waved and smiled of which stunned the St John's Ambulance employee, which gave me a window to calmly ask if St John's ambulance customers are permitted to park in their own car park. He then calmed down and apologised, but imagine if I was one of their neighbours, they are brutal towards strangers.
The course was poorly delivered and the management of the results even worse, as they forgot to update me on my results, so I had to chase them 4 months later.
A hostile and scrappy experience from start to finish and I won't be returning or sending any of my team there, I'm not that cruel.
Awful memories of this place.
