A great training programme run by Kaia from Watch This Sp_ce. Lots covered on allyship and anti-racism. Kaia dealt with our many questions well and left us with much to think about and go away and do.

We worked with Watch This Sp_ce to help with our DE&I audit. From those results, we've gone from it being a question raised at every single Company All Hands to it no longer a regular topic raised. We've made some really positive inroads - still working forwards and we've got more to do, but it was a great help off of the starting blocks.

Mo Kanjilal has been a key part of the BRITE project at Plus X Innovation Hub in Brighton. She has delivered a very engaging and informative session for our Pioneers programme around Inclusivity and key messaging when you are growing and scaling a business. Mo's experience and knowledge has added immense value to the sessions and the businesses involved in the programme have all benefitted immensely from the sessions. Mo was also involved in our Corporate round table event, and has been able to introduce some of the business owners to key partners to collaborate with. Plus X is itself a start up and has benefitted directly from Mo's help in moulding our own diversity and Inclusion policy within the business. I would highly recommend Mo as someone who is passionate about what she does and has immense impact on those she works with.
