Rubbish app, useless

Booked a taxi on the app last night which confirmed the booking for very early am this morning nothing turned up, 10 minutes after the booking time still nothing so called their office and was met with the reply "I was just about to contact you we've got no cars available"!!!! Why take and confirm bookings when you can't deliver and on top of that not contact your customers who are obviously waiting for a car to turn up, appalling service! Thank goodness for UBER use them if you need a reliable service we had to catch a flight which we no doubt would have missed had UBER not been able to rescue the situation

I ordered a taxi to the station and the guy got lost and didnt show up. The man on the call line accused me of not checking my phone and missing a call. He couldnt have been less bothered.

Booked a taxi to take me to a marathon. Explained to them that I can't be late. 10 minutes before they were due to pick me up in the morning, they phoned and cancelled on me. I got an UBER. They are rubbish! Zero stars
