Cannot be trusted for bookings. They lied about booking a taxi for my mother's hospital appointment. They do not allocate specific cars or drivers for a booking. They operate by simply putting out a call to self employed drivers so if you are lucky someone will arrive otherwise tough luck. They will tell you this as if it is an entirely reasonable way to operate a business.

Do not trust for booking ahead. Booked a taxi for school run in Brighton the day before and phoned again early that morning to check and was assured it was all booked. Taxi did not turn up and when I phoned to find out what's going on they said they have no control over the taxi's who are all self employed. The closest taxi they had was in Lewes. I later found out they have done similar for friends when taxi booked for hospital appointment didn't turn up.
