ABSOLUTELY USELESS! Inquired & received a quote for a Minibus Sunday for the next Saturday - confirmed the journey with Alistar on Tuesday & provided payment details - Told I would receive a confirmation email - received nothing - would not answer the phone, return calls / voicemails or emails for 2 days - Finally got through to him Thursday afternoon to be told of there was no availability. Do not use this company, took as twice as much money as it was agreed over the phone, with confirmation coming 10 days after the booking

Wish I could give 0 stars. No bus sent to pick us up at agreed time, but the bill was settled in advance. They won't refund fully and don't seem to understand consumer right to refund for undelivered service. DO NOT USE. The guy (Alistair) is so rude and just hangs up when trying to arrange the refund.

We would advise all potential customers to avoid this company at this time. We are currently in a dispute with this company as a result of the failure to complete a hiring, we paid the company 180 in advance and as of yet not received a satisfactory response or a refund of the moneys paid. We will update this review as and when we reach a satisfactory conclusion.
