Recently used this taxi firm, never again. Challenged the driver as to why the meter was showing 5.60 when i entered the car. According to the driver the 60p was a booking fee. What complete nonsense.

Very disappointed with this taxi company. Booked a wheelchair accessible taxi for a family in advance to pick the family up from their home at 6.40 and then drop them off at the Dome theatre for a theatre show that started at 7.30pm. Sadly the taxi never turned up and at 7.30pm they were called to say no wheelchair accessible taxi were available. Absolutely disgusting of them to say yes, we can book you a wheelchair accessible taxi and then 40 mins after it was supposed to have arrived , for them to turn round and say that actually they havent got a suitable taxi available after all ! The family were supposed to have a lovely family evening out for a change, something that they cant do very often , as one of the family is in a wheelchair. Really really upset for the family and really sad that they missed out as we were told the lie yes, sure you can book a wheelchair friendly taxi. They even asked me if it was a manual or an automatic wheelchair. If they had been honest in the first place , I could have rung another taxi firm !
